With a one-page menu and intimate setting, Aimée Petit Bistro brings the charm of Paris to Rangsit—simple, elegant, and irresistibly French.

Meet the Chef

With 19 years of experience including 7 years in Paris of professional culinary experience, Chef Aurelien Houguet brings a deep respect for tradition and a refined approach to classic French cuisine.

Originally from France, his passion lies in working with fresh, high-quality ingredients — especially seafood, with fish being his preferred element to create with.

At Aimée Petit Bistro, Chef Aurelien focuses on delivering an authentic French bistro experience. He works with traditional recipes from his home country, carefully adapted and introduced to Thailand with integrity and care.

Inspired by the culinary heritage of France, his cooking emphasizes simplicity, precision, and honest flavors.
